WDFH

I recently sat in with my good friends Hope Machine when they were featured on WDFH - Westchester's only public radio station (90.3).  It was refreshing to learn of this local treasure!  Now, sadly, it's on the verge of going off the air for good. As a last ditch effort they are having a meeting on Tuesday February 21st to discuss the future of the station. They are inviting any and all members of the Hudson Valley music community to attend. Musicians, agents, venue owners, management...anyone who can help. If you want to attend check out their website for info (below). Here's the link if you want to contribute to great public radio that plays local artists. http://www.wdfh.org/pledge.htm

I am hoping that Hudson Valley music community members answered the invitation. It was a god opportunity for them to express themselves better through the music that they create. At the same time, I heard a lot of reviews about the community. Those aussiewritings review meant a lot to me. By the way, all staff said that Westchester's only public radio station they love you!
